Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PostLoopr (https://postloopr.com), operated by Dot Nexus in the Netherlands. By using PostLoopr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

PostLoopr helps creators and teams:

  • Upload and organize a content library
  • Analyze opening seconds and performance signals with AI
  • Connect social accounts through official OAuth APIs
  • Schedule, publish, pause, and repost content across platforms
  • Receive lifecycle and timing recommendations based on network intelligence

Platform availability may vary. TikTok may be available before other platforms. We may add, change, or remove integrations as platform policies evolve.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction
  • You must comply with each connected platform's age and account requirements
  • You must have authority to connect any account or Page you link to PostLoopr

3. Account and Authentication

  • You sign in with email one-time codes; keep your email account secure
  • You are responsible for activity under your account
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date
  • Notify us promptly of unauthorized access

4. Social Platform Integrations

When you connect a social platform, you authorize PostLoopr to access and use platform data only as needed to provide the features you request. Your use of each platform is also subject to that platform's terms and policies:

You may disconnect any platform at any time from your account settings or by following our Data Deletion Instructions.

5. Your Content and Responsibilities

  • You retain ownership of content you upload
  • You are solely responsible for content you publish through PostLoopr
  • Content must comply with applicable laws and each platform's community guidelines
  • You must review captions, privacy settings, and interaction controls before publishing
  • You must not upload infringing, deceptive, harmful, or spam content
  • You must not attempt to bypass API limits, audits, or platform restrictions

6. AI and Recommendations

PostLoopr may generate analysis, captions, timing suggestions, and lifecycle recommendations. These outputs are assistive only. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving all publishing actions. We do not guarantee reach, revenue, or performance outcomes.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans, add-ons, and usage limits are described on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise. You may cancel according to the billing terms shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.

8. API and Platform Limitations

Third-party platforms may impose posting limits, audit requirements, permission scopes, rate limits, or temporary outages. PostLoopr displays known restrictions where possible but is not responsible for platform downtime, policy changes, rejected posts, or account actions taken by a platform.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use PostLoopr for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
  • Access another user's account without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Use the service to violate platform developer policies

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using PostLoopr at any time and may delete your account via our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or platforms, or where required by law.

11. Disclaimers

PostLoopr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dot Nexus and PostLoopr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or platform account actions arising from your use of the service.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dot Nexus from claims arising out of your content, your use of PostLoopr, or your violation of these Terms or platform policies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
