These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PostLoopr (https://postloopr.com), a web application that enables creators to connect social accounts and publish content through official platform APIs. TikTok is available today; support for additional platforms may be added over time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PostLoopr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PostLoopr provides:

• Passwordless email authentication
• Social account connections via official OAuth (TikTok via Login Kit today)
• Content composition and publishing through integrated platform APIs (TikTok Content Posting API today)
• Cross-platform content management and publishing status tracking

3. TikTok Integration

Your use of TikTok features through PostLoopr is also subject to:

• TikTok Developer Terms of Service
• TikTok Terms of Service
• TikTok Community Guidelines

You are solely responsible for all content you publish to TikTok through PostLoopr. Content must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable laws.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your email account used for login
• Only connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to manage
• Review all content, metadata, and privacy settings before publishing
• Not use the service to post spam, infringing, or harmful content
• Not attempt to circumvent TikTok API restrictions or rate limits

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you create and publish. By using PostLoopr to post to TikTok, you grant TikTok the rights necessary to display your content on their platform, as governed by TikTok's terms. PostLoopr does not claim ownership of your content and does not add watermarks or branding to your videos.

6. API Limitations

TikTok imposes restrictions on API usage, including posting limits, privacy restrictions for unaudited applications, and rate limits. PostLoopr displays these limitations in the application. We are not responsible for TikTok API availability or policy changes.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PostLoopr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or successful content publishing to TikTok.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostLoopr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or TikTok integration.
